Speaking of Speaking

Today we spoke in both services at Lifepoint church in Ozark, MO. It went really well (if we do say so ourselves), and had some great interaction with the people. They are excited about taking a more direct role in missional engagement and service, and we’re looking forward to walking with them through the development of their strategy.

After church we went to a local restaurant for lunch and to debrief the morning’s experience. Several families were eating there as well, and one mystery benefactor paid for our lunch! Thank you, whoever you are!

This evening we had a great time visiting with Lifepoint’s elders. They actually listened to our stories from the field, and asked lots of probing questions. God is surely at work here, and we’re excited (and grateful) to be part of it!
