Local Ministry to the City Cohort Fall 2025

The Local Missions Leadership Cohort is a three-month online training designed for local church mission leaders who are actively engaging their communities through mercy ministry, international outreach, and/or refugee and immigrant engagement. You will discuss how to set up and sustain local partnerships and discover ways to increase involvement in your church.

This cohort provides a collaborative learning environment where participants will learn biblical foundations, gain practical tools and strategic insights to effectively lead local mission efforts. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and subject matter expert-led sessions, leaders will explore best practices for serving diverse communities, building relationships across cultures, and mobilizing their churches for impactful local ministry. Whether you’re new to local missions or looking to refine your strategy, this cohort will equip you to lead with wisdom, compassion, and gospel-centered vision.

Each cohort starts with an introductory session of one hour and then three group sessions of two hours each.
