At Upstream we believe it is important for every member of the church to understand their “sentness” as a Christ follower and for some to be called out to cross-cultural missions. This doesn’t happen by accident. A sending pipeline is a tool that will help you as a church, intentionally define and align what programs, ministries, and processes are needed to develop all members in their sentness and call some to cross-cultural missions.
