A critical aspect of the missions leaders role is not only lead those below or beside them, but to lead their leaders. Leaders are busy and are walking through a lot of areas of discipleship within the church. The Missions Leader has the opportunity to help global missions become a key part of the local church by leading up towards those who leadership in the church.
