Often we are handed down partnerships from previous leaders. Key influencers in the church will sometimes let you know who to partner with. We end up having so many partners that we cannot serve them well or develop effective and sound strategies around them for our church. 
 
We wanted to provide you with a resource called the Partnership Grid.  With sample questions paving the way, the Partnership Grid will help you develop specific criteria you are looking for in partners in order to focus on the areas God is leading you to as a church.
