An important part of short-term trips is to have goers reflect regularly on what they are learning about God, the culture, cross-cultural ministry & themselves. The summer trip journal is used by Cornerstone Church of Ames & the Salt Network for students who go on a summer trip for experience during the trip and reflecting on the trip during re-entry. Feel free to use this resource for your own church and adapt it to whatever length of trip would be helpful to you.
